Vinyasa yoga is a contemporary flow class focusing on building heat and strength in the body. Moving mindfully in a sequence with the breath.
A strong class which will leave you feeling energised. Vinyasa is suited to those looking to build on a current fitness regime and those looking to regain balance, alignment and resilience for everyday. Whilst vinyasa is a flow class we do incorporate many of the traditional hatha postures into the sequence with a focus on surya namaskara (sun salutations) and yoga nidra (meditation).
