STRENGTH & FITNESS CONDITIONING CLASS
Strength and conditioning is an integral part of the development of elite athletes. These classes will improve speed, agility, endurance, strength, stability, flexibility and aid injury prevention, management and rehabilitation for the purposes of enhanced athletic performance during competition.

"KICK ASS KETTLE BELLS" You’ll increase functional strength, burn fat, and improve tone by using your whole body to control the Kettlebell, strengthening arms and legs. Suitable for most fitness levels (intermediate).

There is space for every shape and fitness level in our VUKA Bootcamp. Through peer support and friendly competition, VUKA BootCamp provides motivation for regular attendance and maximum performance. Pilates offers plenty of benefits to your body, no matter your fitness background. You’ll improve your posture, focus on bodily alignment, and get one heck of a core work out.
A study found that eight weeks of Pilates classes improved abdominal endurance, flexibility, and balance. Great for the elderly trying to regain strength or for the top athlete looking to improve his performance.

Jump, crawl, roll, squat, push, pull, carry, climb, balance.. this is what our bodies were designed to do! Coach B is so excited to teach kiddos the very basics of strength and coordination.
The class will incorporate traditional “weightlifting” with plyometric functional movements - Into progressively structured classes. Packed with skill based games and interesting challenges!

Join us on a Saturday morning adventure, every 4-6 weeks, as we explore all the local trails and hills. VUKA Hikes start at R140/hike, this includes Hike Permit, VUKA Water and a light snack. The route usually offers a beginners and more advanced option.

MOTOR SPORT CONDITIONING
Enduro Moto is one of the hardest sports on the body. So you need to make sure the time you invest in training is time well-spent. Our sessions focus on what’s really important, targeting areas like improving co-ordination, building posterior and core strength and maximising your VO2 Max to make sure you’re in peak condition and fully prepared. Which means even when your time in the gym is limited, it’s purposeful time that will help you ride harder and faster. Send us a DM for class info.
Every Friday from 12-1pm we spend a rewarding hour at MountainView School in sweet waters. We play games, do simple arts and crafts and sing songs.. We would love for you to join us. These little kids’ hearts are gold and their smiles twice as priceless.
